To start this season, it will be Domenik Hixon joining Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz when the Giants come out in three-receiver sets. Offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride said Sunday that Hixon, for the second consecutive year, will begin the season as the Giants' No. 3 wide receiver, ahead of Rueben Randle , Ramses Barden and Jerrel Jernigan . Hixon tore an ACL early in Week 2 last season. That opened the door for Cruz to get more playing time, which would ultimately lead to a lot of salsa dancing and commercial endorsements
