First time NFL Fantasy Football - Need pointers
    Hey dudes -

Late notice, but I just joined a friend's league that drafts tomorrow. Does anyone have some general insight or good websites etc I can use to get prepared? I have never played fantasy football before but i'm not intimidated one bit by the other guys in the league and know I can win it.

My draft is tomorrow Sunday 26th at 6:00PST and will be "snake" format. ESPN FF.

    Thanks in advance!

You should definitely try to mock it up before your real draft. http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/mockdraftlobby

Everyone' outlook on fantasy is different, but here is mine:

    - Don't take a WR in the first 2 rounds unless his name is Calvin Johnson. WR's are deep this year, quality WR's will be on the board through rounds 5 and 6.

    - Go RB early, RB's are thin as ever. I try to get at least 2 RB's in my first 3 rounds.

    - Be careful of injury prone guys. You'll learn that injuries will drive you crazy throughout your fantasy football season.

-rotoworld is the best site for fantasy news IMO.
