Question About Betting Sites: Betting After a Game Starts?
HEY!!! I was wondering if there exist any betting sites that allow you to bet on the winner of a football..... or hockey/basketball, etc game after the game has already started? Sometimes I feel like one team might make a comeback or something, and want to bet.

Sorry if this isn't the forum to ask such a question, I didn't really know where to go.

Pretty much every major online sportsbook offers live in-game wagering

As said above, pretty much all of them offer live betting. Some of them only offer it on nationally televised games. The lines are offered during major breaks in the game (timeouts, quarters, etc).

oh thanks. I was using a betting site and although they offerred live betting, it seemed they were only offering bets on the outcome of the next plays, and not of the winner of the game. I'll check again.

Sounds like you are playing at Bodog/Bovada. That kind of betting is horsesh*t as compared to taking live in game spreads. Take a look around-plenty of books offer it.

Yes, it was bodog. I sat through two games yesterday, waiting for the in game option to manifest, and it never did. I was frustrated. Thanks, I'll check other places.

I've been able to get in a few for 5dimes. Sometimes they don't have the game I want, though.

I tried bet365 and still didn't see a line available for betting on the winner of a game. For that matter, I checked out other, non live sports, and realized I don't know how to bet on the winner of a game because the spreadsheets confuse me, and I'm not sure which bet means I am betting on the winner. Suppose I want to live bet. If the line for betting on the winner WERE available, what would it say? i attached a a screenshot of live betting at bet365 (sorry it's baseball). Would what I'm looking for be under "team 1 total"? thanks.
