What is the best way to combine these MNF picks

Ok so ive looked over evertyhing and decided what i Like but dont know how to bet these picks.

I like the parlay of Ind winning +170ml
Over 40.5
Bet 20 to win 83.09
This parlay credit to robust.

I also like the colts +4 and over 40.5 individually.. what is the most strategic way to bet these. Bet everyone? Only the parlay?

fyi.. i am not playing that.. not saying it will lose, but i am now on Ten -4 and Under 41..

you could bet a parlay for one and an if bet (action) for the other
