1Q / 1H Lines

I've found some luck playing Q's and H's, so I wanted to see if anyone else plays these. I listed my leans below and wanted to get some feedback.

Q's (5Dimes)
HOU -0.5
NE -0.5

They are at (-120) unfortunately

H's (5Dimes)
ATL +6, +6.5
NE -5.5
NYG +1

I'm leaning NE -0.5 and ATL +6, with my second choices being HOU -0.5 and NYG +1.

Thoughts?
