Last year was my worst preseason ever, 15-22.

BUT was well over 60% before that and still 120-81, 59.7% since 2002.

Last year was a non-existent training camp in the NFL. Throw out that entire preseason as far as handicapping.

I posted this at the close of NFLX last year.

How did 2011 NFLX do compared to previous 15 years you ask? In a word, it was brutal from a dog perspective:

1996-2010
All Favs ATS, 421-508-40 for 45.3%
All Dogs ATS, 508-421-40 for 54.7%
All Favs teased 6 points, 633-296-40 for 68.1%
All Dogs teased 6 points, 696-267-6 for 72.3%

Now let's look at 2011

All Favs ATS, 38-26-0 for 59.4%
All Dogs ATS, 26-38-0 for 40.6%
All Favs teased 6 points, 48-15-1 for 76.2%
All Dogs teased 6 points, 37-27-0 for 57.8%

I personally didn't bet ANY Favs this preseason (my usual MO), and got crushed. I hope others did better! Save these data for reference next year.
