I like NE....and Browns too, but not enough to put money on them.

Watch out for Detroit, they got blown out last time the played the Vikings.

      Cards/Dallas is just too dangerous.

I think Ravens match up very well against the Colts. Its strength VS strength and weakness VS weakness...and IMO Ravens strength(D)>Colts strength(O) Reavens Weakness(O)>Colts Weakness(D)

The one thing that worries me is the 2 backups in the Ravens secondary....Manning could exploit them.

Not saying I'm going the other way but the Lions are getting blown out by every team they play right now.

Interesting take, ez, on the Colts-Ravens game. I'm staying away from that one, partly because I haven't seen Flaco play yet. Handicapping a QB is really critical and I just don't have any feel for the guy. Nevertheless, his stats haven't shown too much so far and Dungy is a smart enough defensive mind that he will give Flaco looks that make him flounder. On the other side, Indy's offense hasn't been the old Indy offense. Injuries have slowed them down, especially on the offensive line. The Ravens are like a pack of wild dogs on defense, and if they smell a weakness they will attack it mercilessly. Tough game to handicap for me. I'm leaving it alone.

            agree?
I like most of them mate.

Although I will not actually put my own money on the Lions, I would steal from others and put their money on them this week.

NE/SD game should be a good game. I could make a case for either side though, so I would take the points with NE.

Cardinals are one of my fav picks this week along with Cincinnati.

The Browns though, while getting 9 at home is always attractive.....I don't know; the champs are #1 in the NFL in almost every offensive and defensive category. Honestly, the only chance I see the Browns having is if Brady Quinn comes in for them. The Giants already knocked Anderson out with a concussion in the preseason, I reckon they will duplicate that 4 minutes into the game on Monday. Brady gives that team a spark and a greater chance to win.

You guys are picking the Cards over Dallas with only a 6 pt spread? I dunno if that's too wise. Farve burned their secondary badly, and Romo has a lot more weapons at his disposal than Farve had.

Dallas' defense, specifically secondary blows. Warner should have a field day. With Romo contributing his usual 2 picks and 1 fumble a game, this will be a shootout that favors the home team +6 all day.

Italia NYC - i agree, even with boldin out and teams trying to double fitz warner still seems to still find him in the endzone. +6 is nothing.

                    Sharp analysis.

I'm staying away from this game, but I'm leaning towards taking the points if I was to play it. Dallas plays passionless despite it's wealth of talent. Wade Philips isn't an inspiring HC, IMHO. TO drops a lot of passes, but does do well when he does catch them. It's like it's the greatest team on paper, but the team as a whole doesn't really have that snap or whatever.

I'm totally expecting another 1st round playoff loss from these guys. They just don't feel like they care that much about winning. TO cares more about himself. Romo cares about banging celeb chicks. Pacman cares about his homies. The rest of the team is a mixture of thugs and almost-beens that maybe could thrive on the right team, but there's too many of these "characters" that it drag the team down.

Pacman (aka, the most overrated human being since Donnie Wahlberg), couldn't shut down the lid of his toilet seat, let alone another professional wide receiver.

Say whay you will, but I watched every game this guy played for the Titans.... and this guy was getting close to elite status(in man coverage and in k/p returns) in his final year with us.

I know he has been slow to start this year, but the general concensus I get from Cowboys fans is that he's improving every week.

As it turns out, we probably won't find out. Should come to no surprise that he was again involved in a fight last night and will face repercussions. What a moron. Dallas will have to find another convict to replace him.

I'd say Pac played pretty darn well.
