Ryan Fitzpatrick isn't bad plus he can run a little bit...not such a statue in the pocket like Palmer...not that the Browns rush anyone anyway! I would still lean w/the over...both defenses are horrible! Something tells me Derek Anderson to Braylon Edwards wakes up today!
