In order to win on the road you have to be able to run and stop the run which I don't think the Eagles will be able to do. The Eagles don't have a running game on offense and on defense they will have their hands full with the Bears rushing attack which is 8th in the league averaging 152 a game.

The UNDER here is one of my plays this week. The Bears do not want to get into a shootout type game with Philly because if they do, Chicago would get blown out in their own stadium.
