Jets and San Diego Today

Right now I have to admit it I´m very confused. Lets look at the facts: MUST WIN GAME for San Diego but -9 is a lot of points. Favre is healthy and his a great quaterback. The Jets dont need so desesperatly like the Chargers this game, but that doesnt mean that the line is not too high remembering you are playing against Favre. I think San Diego is going to come out strong today. Im not sure if they are going to win by 10 points, but they must play with all their heart today. This is a team that won to The Colts in the playoffs and almost won to The Patriots to get to the Super Bowl. I know that almost everyone is with the Jets today, I really think +9 points is a good price, but Im not sure about this one, Chargers is a nice team and they are playing with some desperation today. That gives them a nice value.

In other side, 45 points for the total seems a good line for playing the OVER, Favre should make some TD´s and San Diego must make 27 or more. What do you think guys? What is safer here ? San Diego -9, Jets +9 or OVER 45

I REMEMBER YESTERDAY CAROLINA VS. MINNESOTA, the vikings were 0-2, carolina 2-0 carolina a best offensive team but minnessota was playing in desperation mode, soo The Vikings won by 10. I think this could happen today.

Maybe the old Brett Farve wouldn't, but when the new Farve gets behind a little -- he starts lobbing bombs and INTs. With Cason, Cromartie, and Jammer in coverage -- that will be very dangerous tonight.

You are right. I remember the Jaguars winning to a great team as the Colts in Indianopolis. The same happen with other teams. I only blame you from keeping me away from the Eagles yesterday, but I also thank you of keeping me out of the Browns game, they lost awfully. So it seems you are with the Chargers tonight ? I also think they should win this game at least by 10 points. What do u think ?

I would not bet against the Chargers this week. Absolutely not. They are an angry team, fighting to stay alive. I fully expect the Chargers to win and the Jet's to provide their usual embarrassing moments on National television, but there is the Favre factor to figure in here somewhere.

Bottom line, Chargers win. The 8.5-9 points bothers me a little though. So I will no doubt tease that down with the total tonight. Not sure what way I'm leaning on that yet. Stay tuned.
