I'm a huge Colts fan and Indy resident and I wouldn't overreact to one bad loss in general but this season has looked shaky since Peyton's knee surgery! Their schedule is brutal for one thing! We're now missing both guards and All-Pro center Jeff Saturday on the O-line! We're thin on the D-line too w/3rd rounder Pitcock retiring this summer. The Colts got a full season out of Bob Sanders last year but with the front 7 being extremely small they need #21 to make a minimum of 10 tackles/gm to stop the run! Somehow the Colts rallied W/Sanders to stop the run & win the Super Bowl in 2006 but don't forget they were one of the worst vs the run during the regular season that year! I seriously doubt Sanders physically holds up to the pressure of playing in the box this season at his size! Not being able to run and not being able to stop it is not a recipe for success?? Hopefully, I'm wrong but I wouldn't play on the Colts expecting the well oiled machine they were last year! Not looking forward to Adrian Peterson next week either? We'll see how they look after the bye in week 4?
Colts lucky to go 9-7 this year!!
