That total looks too high. They are playing in a dome and on a fast track, but ask yourself what the total was when they played in the regular season. Usually Vegas bumps these totals up for the Super Bowl. I know both teams are capable of scoring a lot of points, but NE's offense is predicated on the short to medium pass. Playing the under.

I'm shooting for the under, but how does the defense look on both sides? Will there be many no-score possessions?

Pats with a good offense and Giants with a good defense. Giants may struggle from the Colt's stadium, but then again Manning should be familiar with Manning's

Under, Its prob set that high because Vegas knows a lot of people will bet the over. General public will look at Brady's passing attack and expect big touchdowns from Eli to Cruz or Nicks.

Public always leans towards the over because they like points. With current spread at 3 and 55, Vegas is expecting the game to be 29-26. Personally I think the under is the pick at 55. Last time they played it was 24-20. It has gone over 55 in 8 games with 1 push for the Pats this season. Gone over 55 in 5 games with 1 push for the Giants.
Other Stats. Pats Pass D= 31st Rush D=17th Pass O= 2nd Rush O= 20 vs Giants Pass D= 29 Rush D 19th Pass O= 5th Rush O= 32.

I'm very glad that a lot of folks here are on the same side as I am. I have several Parlays that have UNDER 55 as the last leg. Should I be hedging or go all the way?

Too many people on the Under makes it look like a public square pick. But there are a few people picking the Overs.

Also like Under 28 -110 for first half. Both teams will feel each other out at the beginning and in their previous matchup last year, there was no score at halftime!

Evictd, if you bet the under for the first half and hit it, you can hedge your under bets and go over for second half and possibly hit both. Just an idea.
