Anyone take the restrictor out of their showerhead?

I had really low flow in a new place i just moved in. So i googled how to do it and it made it much better. I bet the gov makes these companies make the restrictors out of concrete soon because my shower is just so much better this way.

google shower-head restrictor removal. adds about 50% power to your shower

see nothing to remove, shower head can come off but see nothing else

warrior if its a handheld its easy to do. if its not a handheld its harder because you could break it. cant tell you what to do if its not handheld. but if it is handheld the restricor will be a little piece of rubber/plastic when you unscrew the "hand held handle" from the hose. unscrew that and you can take a pair of tweezers and pull out the restrictor

google "high pressure shower heads". first link. reputable company. sells removable shower heads. you just take out the black plastic restrictor with a paper clip. works like a charm and reasonable. Low flow shower heads make no sense. it takes me 3x longer to rinse my hair. does not save any water. high flow is awesome and quick
