In looking back over the last few weeks at all of my top play releases, I can honestly say there have been more right sides to games than wrong.

But, and this is a very big but, when bad breaks, bad plays, injuries to key players and turnovers are consistently going against you, losses are going to happen.

Take a look at my last 8 top plays this past week. Understand, I am not making excuses. Losses are losses but it most certainly doesn't help when the following happens:

Saints turn it over 4 times last Monday night. Florida Atlantic turns it over 3 times on Tuesday. Clemson allows Wake Forest pick up a 3rd and 24 from their own 8 yard line up 7-6 with 9 minutes to go in the game.

If those 3 games weren't enough to make your stomach turn, Memphis on Friday night takes the cake.

They lose 35-28 as a 6 point underdog allowing a kickoff return for a touchdown, a block field goal for a touchdown and a fumble return for a touchdown and despite all that, they still had a chance for the cover when a pretty interesting coach?s decision takes place.

Facing a 4th and 4 from the Louisville 9 yard line with over 7 minutes to go in the game, Tommy West passes up a field goal and goes for it even though your defense allowed Louisville just one drive of more than 50 yards the whole day.

Saturday with Oklahoma I lose my starting middle linebacker and captain of the defense in the 3rd quarter up 8 and Sunday the Texans turn it over 4 times.

Of my 8 top play releases, the only really wrong side of the game was maybe Florida Atlantic on Tuesday, maybe Oklahoma on Saturday and maybe Dallas yesterday and even they had a chance.

They were up 7 in the 3rd quarter and let Arizona pick up a 3rd and 17 from their own 18 yard line. Get a stop there and with all the momentum in the world, offense just having shredded the Cards on the previous drive, who knows.

My point in all of this is I am just a hair off. Just a hair and what that tells me is this thing is going to turn and turn quick. Faster than you know it and you will have to take my word on that.

If you are reading this right now, you are hanging in there with me even with this tough run and I will reward you for your faith. That is one thing I will guarantee you.

It may not look to promising right now but I know from the depth of everything I am, this whole thing is going to turn around for me and turn around for the better.

That "better" starts tonight with the Giants doing exactly as they did in the preseason against this Browns team, blowing them out. The only difference is it's in Cleveland and not New York.

Yep 10 straight, finally won on a 5 dimer.

For those of you that don't understand 5 dimer- that means if you had $1000 to bet on today, he told you to bet $50.
Most of his plays are between 10 and 30 dimes ($100-$300).
Basically, you got $50 back, after losing over 140 dimes($1,400). On top of paying him hundreds of dollars on his handicapping service.

I take my hat off to the Packers. They stepped up and delivered when I didn't think they could and I really didn't think Aaron Rodgers could outplay Peyton Manning and he did.

And I, like a lot of other people were really fooled by the Colts dominate win over the Ravens last week but trust me folks, I won't be fooled again.

Yes, I would have liked it to be a much bigger winning week but as I always say, a winning week for any amount is exactly what I am looking for when I begin my journey each and every week.

So the million dollar question is this. Can I make 121.25 Dimes the next 12 days for my 3rd straight winning month? All I am going to say is I wouldn't bet against me. I just wouldn't.

Like I said on the outside, I won last week and yes, it could have been for a lot more but I took a shot with great value on the Colts on the road and it wasn't meant to be.

I will make another statement to you right here and right now to where only the paying customers can see it. I am going to catch fire in the NFL and it starts with Patriots tonight.

Take the Patriots for the home win and cover over the Broncos.

I know the Pats have struggled somewhat offensively with Matt Cassel at the helm, but Denver doesn?t exactly have the type of defense that strikes fear into the heart of its opponent.

Cassel?s biggest problems have been taking sacks and an unwillingness to throw the ball downfield. The Broncos should allow him to feel more comfortable in the pocket, and the Pats will also ground out the yards against a soft defensive front.

Ball control will be the No. 1 priority tonight for the Patriots. If they can control the time of possession, then they will be able to play keep away with Denver?s Jay Cutler.

Fewer possessions means Cutler and company will have more pressure on them to score when they do have the ball. Denver?s offense, which started the season out so strong, has failed to reach 20 points in losing two of its last three.

The Broncos are 3-14 ATS on Monday Night against an opponent off a loss, including 0-5 when Denver is also off a loss.

New England?s Bill Belichick is 12-1-1 ATS in his head coaching career when playing with revenge against an opponent off a SU favorite loss, including 6-0 when his team is off a loss.
