Falcons/Giants in game thread

Going into halftime most teams need to simply make adjustments. Both these teams need to just scrap there game plans and start over from scratch. This has to be the most sloppy playoff game on both sides that I've ever seen. For what's supposed to be the biggest game of the year it seems like neither side really wants it. Where's the passion wheres the desire to win.

Horrible. Bad playcalling, and even the refs stink. There were awful spots for the both teams in the first half.

The Falcons coach already has his bag packed for vacation, as the team has no chance of winning the Super Bowl, so why prolong the inevitable. Folks, this is the Atlanta, Georgia Falcons verse the New York Football Giants here. Atlanta. New York. Who gets better TV ratings? That means the League/refs will be on the G-men 2nd half to help seal the W.

Wow... on the replay where the ref ruled the giants receiver down short of the first down by half a yard, what an awful call. His forward progress clearly gave him the first down. And I'm on the Falcons! How can zebras be so @#$%@#$ blind???

at the everyone saying the game is fixed and refs are betting on the game. They're just bad. Period. They can't spot the ball, bad calls on both sides.

What a horrible game to watch. Poor play calling on both sides. What was Mike Smith thinking when he went for it on 4th and inches instead of kicking the FG? And the Giants blew a prime opportunity to close out the half by not getting a measurement on 4th and 1.

From what I've seen from both of these teams, I'll take Packers as long as they aren't favored by more than 12. Atlanta stands no chance in GB, I'd give NYG some chance to keep it within 2 TD's. Falcons just sucks outside of their dome in Atlanta.

Why would Ryan not run out of bounds with under a minute left? He just laid down in the field? Why would ATL not call timeouts with under a minute? Stupid decision making

Still amazing how Atlanta didn't use their timeouts to end with a FG attempt. Even if the kicker misses, you at least see what he can do in the situation, and get him an attempt under his belt. Unless you're kicker has a broken leg, don't understand the coaching, as well as not taking the 3 earlier as well.
