Why the Giants are the Play
Truly a toss up game. Teams are evenly matched BUT Giants have home fieldand ATS this year Atl is 3-5 on the road and 1-3 on grass. Go with the trend.

I like the trend. Also, I am a simple man so I also like the fact that in the last 5 games the Falcons (3-2) have won against Carolina, Jacksonville and Tampa Bay while losing to Houston and New Orleans. Ginats on the other hand have also gone 3-2 but have 2 wins over Dallas and one over NYJ but lost to Green Bay and Washington (surprisingly). Plus, their 4 game losing streak midseason, while it makes them not a big SB candidate, is understandable considering it was to SF, Phili, Nawlins and GB (Brutal stretch). Add in my trustworthy eye-test and the Giants seem to have a lot of momentum these last few weeks and I have to like them in this game. I love me some Roddy White and would love to see the Falcons win but I have to lean Giants here at -2.5.

I'd take Matt Ryan, Roddy White, Julio Jones, and Michael Turner over Eli Manning, Victor Cruz, Hakim Nicks, and Amhad Bradshaw any dayyyyyy. NOt that I think this game is soley won off these players, but I think Falcons have the edge besides the fact that they are away(I guess hence the 3pt. spread) ..... Falcons ML!

You will get more of the same as last game vs Giants. Giants will win this game by 7+ points, main reason their D is much better. BUT BUT BUT statistics say that Giants D is terrible, true, but not a HEALTHY Giants D.

Shouldn't focus on the outcome of the games but instead, how the teams played. Falcons played good enough to win but got home jobbed in Houston. Saints rolled them but their offense looked good. ATL hasnt been played a true stinker in a while. Giants too have looked very good recently minus the Redskin game. Both teams coming into this very good.

Im in NY right now and the weather is amazing. Been to Yankee games in OCT when it was colder. Not going to say advantage Falcons here because Manning will be slinging it but I dont think the weather will play a factor.
