#7it is simple, it's called the law of averages. it happens more than you think. favorites/dogs cover roughly 50/50 and the sample size is huge. guaranteed, no chance but it happens. one will cover if not win outright tomorrow.Originally posted by MikailIf only it was that simple.Comment -

#8You are dealing with way, way, way to small of a sample and today's results in fact have no bearing on the games tomorrow, other than maybe effecting how people bet. If you flip a coin and it comes up heads 10 times in a row, that 11th flip is still a 50/50 proposition. That being said I like Atlanta to win.Originally posted by thebestthereisit is simple, it's called the law of averages. it happens more than you think. favorites/dogs cover roughly 50/50 and the sample size is huge. guaranteed, no chance but it happens. one will cover if not win outright tomorrow.

#10are you really taking a 4 game sample size right now? seems like it.
it's doubtful all four favorites cover round one... but it's not out of the question at all.Comment -

#12i am talking about long term, not two games. if not just play all the favorites and go retire, you do not need to worry about anything anymore. they will send the checks to the beach house.Originally posted by odog11You are dealing with way, way, way to small of a sample and today's results in fact have no bearing on the games tomorrow, other than maybe effecting how people bet.
