So what now for Mike Martz?

Mike Martz resigned from his position as Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Tuesday over philosophical differences, reports NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora. Failed in Detroit, San Francisco, and Chicago after he had success in St. Louis. Is he done?

I think it will be real hard for him to be hired again. He is a decent coordinator who had a temendous amount of talent in St. Louis and milked it for all it was worth. He does not protect quarterbacks! Remember, Kurt Warner's concussions started under Matrz tenure. I see a the same pattern beginning with Cutler too. Put the old dog to rest before Cutler has to retire due to concussions.

You can hardly call his offense in Chicago a failure with Jay Cutler, but he does set up his qb's for an early retirement.
