Anyone trying to rationlize that FG is an idiot, they were at the 10 yard line. You only do the FG to cut posessions when you're further from the end zone, not when you're 10 yards from the goal line. These coaches make no sense in half the shit they do, they try to be so smart they wind up becoming idiots.

taking the Packers -12 , I `m glad Bears did kick the FG , Packers probably would have stopped them on 4th down . Smith thought he could recover 2 onside kicks

I think that might have been Lovie's way of saying goodbye Chicago and **** you Chicago backers. This guy should've been gone, lucked out last year with his playoff run and got another head coach paycheck this year. He showed his skill as a coach this year by having his backup QB situation so unsettled they blew their playoff chances. Bye bye Lovie!

It was 4th and 6 though. They were maybe 30% tops to convert. Either way they needed 2 more scores. By kicking the FG they're odds to win probably went from 1 in 1000 to 1 in 500 lol.
