I really hope so mm2011. I've been having a rough patch for almost two weeks and need a winner today. I'm going to stay positive and I think the Vikes show up today and run Peterson wild. They have to give it to AP all day or they will not win. There are two reasons for this:
1) it protects ponder and gets him in good throwing downs where he can hit check downs for first downs, use his feet to gain first downs and have play-action for deep throws to Harvin and the others
2) it protects the defense. The defense cannot get into a shootout as Rex has the potential to throw on them and surgically dissect it to pieces. (look at what Tebow did)

I just don't get SBR. All season, everyone here "caps" Colts games as... "well they're not here to win. They're playing for the #1 pick".
But here are the Vikings, now in prime position to flip a coin for the #1 pick by simply tanking the last 2 games... but they're "due"?
