A Few Interesting Lines

There are a few lines I would like to hear your opinions of:

Dolphins +1 against the Bills:

Can anyone give me an explanation for this line? Bills have been struggling hard lately, and the Dolphins have been playing pretty good football for the most part in the last few weeks. How can a team go from -3 against a healthy Eagles team to a slight underdog against a team with a 5 game losing streak?

Also, your thoughts on Lions/Raiders. Lions looks like a good pick to me against a struggling Raiders team.

Both are toss ups and no plays for me. Lions/Raiders is a crapshoot, probably come down to which team doesn't play like a complete idiot. I'd probably lean Bills just because they are at home.
