Need Some Solid Football Knowledge.... Help

I need some IDP help in my fantasy football league. Huge Weekend for me Roddy White did Huge for me!
Here is the IDP scoring: Solo Tackle: 1.5 ; Tackle Assist 1; Sack 3; Interception 4; Force Fumble 3; Fumble Recovery 3; Defensive TD 6; Safety 4; Pass Defend 1.5
1.) Need to start 2 of these players at Linebacker cant pick one.... Terrel Suggs vs. SD or Stephen Tulloch vs. Oak or D.J. Williams vs. NE
2.) At D Line Which player do I start (Have Jason Pierre-Paul auto start)....... Trent Cole vs. Jets or Andre Carter vs. Den

If you dont know much of the subject just keep moving on, as this will make or break me as I'm in the playoffs.. Really appreciate the help! Cheers!

Also does anyone know where I can find all stats like Power Rankings as of week 15... For instance Run D, Pass D, Pass, Run, Special Teams etc......

Andre Carter at DL - Suggs n Tulloch

Thanks as of now the projected points are this Terrel Suggs: 11.39 pts ; Stephen Tulloch 11.69 ; D.J. Williams 14.36! I know you can never go by "projections" which is why im looking at the matchups. I agree with Carter but I am very skeptical at LB. This is a make or break situation and I cant miss out on any points!

Rivers is on fire past 2 games and is 21-2 in december, stay away from suggs. Tulloch against Oakland looks pretty good and for the bottom category I would have to go for Andre Carter against Tebow. Belichick is the best NFL mind in the game and he'll have a good strategy to slow down Tebow. Carter should register quite a few tackles and sacks.

Thanks 1 more question: right now I have Toby Gerhart starting at my flex, he has actually been very good the last 2 weeks in producing fantasy points. I dont know the status on AP yet but should I keep Gerhart in or if not which of the 2 should I replace him with (not much to work with here) Dexter McCluster or Jackie Battle? I think if anything its between Gerhart vs. New Orleans Run D or McCluster vs. Green Bays Run D???
