Not a great matchup for Riley Cooper. I'd think Celek is the play against that D.

Riley has received 17 targets the past two weeks with Vince at qb... Vince is most comfortable with Riley, as he has worked with him more then any wr since he got to philly... Seattle has given up 3+ catches almost weekly to teams starting wrs.. most recently.. gafney, gibson, llyod, smith, bryant, robinson, green, caldwell, ect.... I love the bet, esp with all the attention Riley get from Vince

Any Seahawks QB less than 1 1/2 TDs

This seems like a decent prop to me. In 10 starts, Jackson has 9 TDs. 1 game with 3 TD, 2 games with 2 TD, 2 with 1 TD, and 5 with 0 TD. Given that he's playing hurt tonight, it seems somewhat likely that he'll under perform, even by his standards.
