He's completing 45% of his passes and has thrown 1TD?...so I don't think so (even if he were a rookie). He'll get you in FG range and not make stupid TO's, which I guess is good, but won't get you a lot of points. His defense deserves the award more than he does and I can't understand why more people aren't talking about that unit more.

A lot of sports (nhl,mlb), you can play a few games in one year and still be considered a rookie the next year.
