Just looking at the inactive reports for the early games. The Panthers have two more linebackers inactive. That makes 4 of their top 5 linebackers on IR or out for this game.

I think we see the Detroit running backs and tight ends in for a huge day here. With no linebackers left and Calvin to stretch the field it is going to be a long day for the Panthers defence.

I'm probably one of the few, but I'm actually on Panthers ML. Not much reasoning, but just a gut play; I feel the lions played over their heads and now with the injuries racking up, they have come down to earth. Plus I like Cam on turf...think he could have a big day

they blew this game plan from the get go.

Trying to prove you can throw the deep ball when the middle of the field cannot be covered. In a game where all you had to do was rush the ball and let the tight ends and backs control the tempo you send a QB with a bad finger and a glove out to throw the deep ball.

I do not think the Schwarz fella is too tightly wrapped sometimes. All emotion and motivation and no game planning smarts.

They may find a way to win this but I am not impressed with this team.

you would think they would be able to stop the run with that personnel. But they are kids and all they can see is the QB and their stats page. They get caught too deep a ton amd when they are not in the backfield they are standing still
