He's not worth a point and it's been known that he was not going to play since about Tuesday of this week regardless. In fact, the books probably had this info when they made the line and factored it into the opener. However, any move that would have happened because of him missing the game has already happened.

Please... Terrel Suggs, Haloti Nagta are the cornerstones of that defense. All the talking heads love to inflate Ray Lewis's worth, do not be an easy target.
Bart Scott/Shawn Merriman/Ray Lewis all guys with big mouths, but have not made a big play in a longtime. The shows love to talk to them, but those guy are not the best defensive players on their
team.
