Minnesota +1000 ML at Caesars

Was just looking online and noticed that Caesars / Harrahs is offering +1000 on the ML for Minnesota.

Kinda hard to believe, but to my knowledge vegasinsider is a reliable source.

Any Vegas locals here who can confirm this? I am too far off the strip to make a drive down there just to have a peek for myself.
