If were looking at basic stats, Buffalo has been outscoring Miami on the road and at home all season long. Buffalo got SQUASHED by Dallas last week (44-7), so they are coming off this hard loss in need of a win. Buffalo really needs this win. IF they win, they will overtake the Jets in the AFC East...and possibly be tied with the Pats if the Pats happen to lose this week (But they wont )

The problem, is that Buffalo is a lousy road team....winning only 1 time this season in week 1 to KC.

Miami on the other hand, is equally lousy at home....winning only 1 game to Wash last week.

Although Buffalo is 5-4 and Miami is 2-7, the game is a toss. It will be boring, and low scoring.

As far as Seattle, its basically the same scenario, but there is no divisional pressure....as SF is going to come out on top guaranteed. SF's schedule is easy....only being challenged by Baltimore and Pittsburgh throughout the next 7 games.

I hate betting on Seattle because they are so fkn iffy. One week they show up, the next week they cant roll out of bed.

The game you should be looking at, if your trying to pick an upset, it Tennessee vs. Atlanta.

i think if you are backing seachickens you have have to be worried about the injuries on the o-line...Lambs d-line has played much better fb of late and id expect them to have a good gm against a line missing starters.

sea run d is solid and dont get me wrong rams offense has been very bad, just got a feeling now that Bradford and Lloyd have had some more time together (showed signs on one drive last week when Lloyd was working against a much better corner than anything sea has to offer) and Sam gets more familiar with Mcdaniels offense that this could be a week where you see Rams click a little bit.. total going up like it has kinda supports this i believe..

you could also say rams should be motivated for this gm as they still remember sea knocking them out of the playoffs last season..You wont catch me saying this often but actually think stl is a solid play this week..

Keep in mind that the Rams lost Roger Saffold on Friday for the year. He tore a pec lifting weights. He is the starting LT and Bradford's blind side guy.

Those safeties for Seattle are possibly one of the best tandems in the league and that run D is nasty.

Apparently the O-line replacements are up to speed for Seattle and ready to go. The two linemen that Seattle lost were both rookies and there is not a huge drop off there. Paul McQuistan is a 7 year vet replacing rookie John Moffit at right guard and 4 year vet Breno Giacomino replaces rookie first round choice John Carpenter at right tackle. Look for lots of runs behind Robert Gallery and Max Unger. Throw in Russel McClung and I think the Hawks will be OK up front.

With Tavaris having not practiced again this week while guarding that strained pec and with the rebuilt right side we are going to see a ton of MarShawn Lynch on first and second downs. That Ram run defense can't stop anyone so Seattle may be able to get away with not being able to stretch the field.

Rams corners are terrible but I don't know if Tavaris can wing it. He did not look too bad last week and generated a few nice plays moving the pocket.

My initial lean here was to the Rams because I really like that Bradford is getting healthy and he and Lloyd are getting in synch. Throw Mark Clayton in the mix and he has some targets.

With the ability of the Hawks to win both sides of the line of scrimmage with that stout run defence and I am looking the other way at this point.

Not a big fan of this one.

yea they lost Saffold during the cle gm and the backup did a nice job run blocking, left a little to be desired pass blocking though (think he left cle gm for something other than the torn peck he has now)...i cant buy that there is no drop off if coaches felt the team was better off with rookies than these guys coming in now. i concede rams certainly give up run yards but implying sea will dominate the los against rams front 4 (in the dome) is a stretch i believe...

i see your points and rams corners always worry me, i havnt seen how the concussion test have went for Rice and Baldwin, if they sit it would certainly be helpful to stl depleted secondary. Dont see Jackson having a lot of time for guys to get deep here. Lynch will certainly get his but i see sea in much the same light as cle as a team stl can force to play between the 20's,,

Biggest worry i have for stl is how poorly their offense performs in the red zone, havnt looked at sea defensive red zone numbers as of yet and as mentioned would like to hear a answer on sea wrs but atm still leaning pretty heavily Lambs way here..

Baldwin, Rice and Chancellor all made it through concussion protocol and are expected to play.

Rams corner Justin King sprained an ankle this week in practice and is going to be game time.

Saffold was out for a ding in the head on Sunday. Mark Levoir is a huge step backward in the passing game.

I guess the feeling is that there is not a considerable drop off in the line play because it is the right side. Apparently they wanted the two rookies as starters as they needed those other guys to cover Gallery and Unger when they were down. Did not want the rookies on the left side out of position. Don't get me wrong, I think Carpenter is going to be real good for a long time.

Jackson can't throw deep with that pec but Baldwin can fly.

I can't compare the Hawks D to Cleveland. I think they are much better. Those two safeties are real nice and the rush D is solid. Keep in mind Cleveland's schedule when making that assessment.

Hawk's weakness is also their corners. If Bradford has time he certainly has options. I am looking to see whether or not they are gonna have to move off Jackson early to help block that left side.

                        Good Luck this week.

yea i was referring to sea offense in comparison to how i felt rams could keep them playing between the 20's like they did the browns, not the D's...the D's much different as cle has coverage but can be run on so pretty much the opposite of seachickens..

dont like hearing that everyone passed the concussion test (you would figure a few wouldnt have)..far as the line i see Long imposing his will on that side like he does every now and again, which he will have to cause if Baldwin and Rice are both a go Lambs corners certainly cant keep up with them so they will have to be pressuring Jackson like crazy...

dome should be rocking as i know a lot of ppl going to the slu/washington gm before heading over to the dome so should be a nice drunken rowdy bunch by that time
                          feeling is mutual billy
