Perhaps struggling is the improper choice of words. They have played very inconsistently. In the last few weeks, they played very uninspired ball against the Jags and Seahawks, and barely got by Arizona. Yes, they did play well against the Steelers, but I don't believe they have played consistently enough over the last few weeks that I would be willing to lay down so many points in a division Rivalry game.

The Bengals are coming off a very formidable performance against a team of similar skillset to the Ravens in the Steelers. Sure, they have a chance of falling off the map in this game and losing big but I think the Bengals are a tough enough and determined team to stay competitive against a Ravens ball club that is unpredictable.
