• FOXSports.com has learned the man cut by the Jets to make room for Brett Favre has agreed to a two-year deal with the Miami Dolphins.
  
• Miami saw Pennington as the best quarterback option as he reunites with Bill Parcells — who drafted Pennington as the Jets' general manager in 2000 — and is expected to win the starting job for the rebuilding Dolphins.

Be Hilarious if he starts vs the Jets in week 1.

Ya, his arm is awful, but with a good running game, Pennington could be really effective running the play action passing game.
