but each team should cost....we used to do it for like $100
then at the end of the regular season....you pay out 1st 2nd 3rd
out of the pot made from the team fee
you might be just doing it for fun....but you could charge half of that
and now it gets "interesting"
just a matter of who holds the money
oh and player moves (trades releases etc) cost a small fee and that also goes into the prize potComment -

Could also do auction style...each person gets 100 (fantasy dollars) you bid on players to build your team.
We need to establish rules etc and give a week notice for people to plan

I say we either play for free OR put in like $20 or something on the HONOR system to be paid out to the winner via paypal, book transfer, check etc.......
