I enjoy playing the underdogs...particularly in the NFL. It was a blast to watch Miami and Denver pull it out today. But it seems I've been giving the Colts far too much credit. After all, you figure they have to win one eventually. And if the Rams can do it against the Saints, why not the Colts against Atlanta, or Tennessee (last week)?
While you might think the Colts are a professional football team that is much more than just a QB, the bottom line is that even though they certainly are, they quite obviously gave up a long time ago. A few nailbiters earlier in the season and then 3 blowout losses? They are officially done. Hell, maybe they are playing for Andrew Luck, I don't know.
I'm not necessarily betting against them every week from here on out, but I sure as shit won't be putting my money behind them...and I certainly would recommend anyone considering betting on the Colts to think long and hard about their position.
