Simple reason. Eli Manning is competent and New Englands secondary is.....horrible. I see the Giants defense stopping Brady enough times to keep this within a TD. New England wins, Giants cover.

...and yes I know all about the Giants injuries.
I still like their pass rush and I don't trust the Patriots to be able to establish enough of a running game to run away with this one.

Not sure how the giants play without Bradshaw and nicks. I think wilfork gets another pick and the Pats cruise and cover
