It's amazing how many of these talking heads are total frauds. Herm couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag when he had the chance. His clock management skills were the worst in NFL history. Now he sits in front of a camera telling us how football should be played, as if it's gospel. Don't even get me going on Matt Millen, Mangenius, etc. And that drooling fool, Lou Holtz, always acting all pious. The last 3 teams he coached were immediately put on NCAA probation after he left. Not a good guy, no matter what ESPN says.
