Browns offense is soo bad..only time they have hit 17 the last month was when oak shut it down allowing them to put up some garbage time points...Gore went for 100 on cle in the 1st half last week, now enter Foster and a even better running gm. The difference is when cle adjust and stacks the box like they did against sf hou is much more accomplished thru the air to make them pay..

and houston has 4 starters on defense OUT including 2 starting safeties which means ben watson has his way down the seam. ogbonnaya starts for cle at rb after being released of hou practice squad. cle off line is way way underrated.

schaub has career PR of 79 vs. cle and that is WITH ANDRE JOHNSON.

i used cleve in the hilton contest - and that contest is life/death for me - so i have more than just my money on it - cleve will have the lead at half similar to zona vs. balt and hou will storm back to edge them late and run off the field celebrating their 4 point win while all their backers wonder just what the hell just happened.

this is the nfl. how many people loved balt vs. jax monday night? you've got to be able to make the impossibly difficult choice when it comes to nfl betting - last weeks box score wont make you any money, fellas.

otherwise i certainly do wish everyone the best - ultimately its us vs. the books - and i dont hit 100% either so win lose or draw i will still be here next week. i just wanted to offer a contrasting point of view. a team playing with nothing to lose is a tough out. especially +11. or 10'. if they dont make it on those 4th and 5's from the 30 then maybe hou covers. but if they do (and they should b/c watson will be open all day while hou blitzes all their lb's as usual) then it will be much closer than everyone thinks.

knew cleve was terrible but was counting on at being able to defend the run. i dont post too often but i am not one of those guys who says take cleve and then disappears when they bust. that late fumble reversed call could have made things very interesting but of course that not what i like to count on to have to cash a ticket.

each time they threw to watson he caught a 13 yard pass - why they targeted him twice makes me wonder. massequoi was erased by the 2nd best corner in football (joseph) - imagine cincy's D if they still had him!

anyway this was one of my picks in the hilton contest so i am a bit distraught over it especially because i switched out the jets in favor of this pick. needing to have your picks in 2 days before kickoff is very challenging.
