    CFL Week 7
An absolutely phenominal week 6 pushes me well into the black on the season, hope it can continue this week.

Montreal is my best bet and I wouldn't be surprised to see it jump to -3.5 by game time, I'd grab it as soon as possible. The Alouettes just got 3 solid defensive players back from NFL training camps and they should be able to suit up this week. No significant questionable injuries in this game at this point so it should be safe to grab without waiting for player updates.

The Als have been on par with the Western teams as far as performance goes this year, and have lost a few close ones. Only Calgary has shown the same consistency from the offense. Meanwhile, if you throw out Winnipegs two games against Toronto(arguably the worst team thus far in the CFL), the Bombers have been atrocious. Dinwiddie looked good against Calgary in week 5, but I'm not sure he's the answer at QB.

    Early plays this week:

    1.05 * Montreal -3 (-105)
    .53 * Edmonton +6 (-106)

    ADDING: 1.2* Calgary +10, Toronto under 57 (-120)

There will be a few more plays to come but I think I can get better lines later in the week.

    Updated record(through week 7): 21-15-1, +4.67

Well patience pays off as Hamilton finally moved to +3, giving me a slew of new plays.

    Adding:

    1.2* Ham +10 and Calg over 45(-120)
    .35* Ham +140
    .3* Ham +10 and BC under 62 (-120)

I don't like laying so much juice on these 7 pt teasers, but I think theyre solid plays even at these odds. By all statistical measures, Hamilton should be fairly heavily favoured against Toronto, but the opinion of talent is putting the line in Toronto's favour. I just don't see how Toronto's offense can put up enough points to cover 10 on the road. They've been terrible all year as Joseph has really looked uncomfortable in the pocket and on his timing with his receivers.

dw....I have a two team parlay,

      1. Args on the ML
      2. Ca/Sask over 52.

The beer's getting cold and I'll be firing up the 52in LCD and catching a little high def double header action. GL!

Question for you guys...Of the four games being played this week, which underdog win would most benefit the CFL and the underdog team? I'd say a Hamilton win at home vs. the Argo's.

I'd agree with that. They're in the worst shape financially and dropping to 1-6 would be a huge blow to the fan base considering they had slightly higher expectations this year.

Hamilton has had a pretty loyal fan base considering that team has been brutal for years. I don't know how they keep packing Ivor Wynne. Going with a straight up ML win for Hamilton - I think they can do it. They usually get it up for the Argos. Hamilton management is like the Leafs - they get fan support anyway so don't seem to try do anything about the product.

it seems like once a week there's at least one game that is
              1. a total upset - the favorite appears to play with indifference
              2. in favor of the team that needs it the most....

best example was dinwiddies performance vs. calgary 2 weeks ago and last week back to normal, crappy.

I like the Bombers as a home dog at +140 this weekend. Argos -3(-106) for me tonight.

Saskatchewan - Calgary over 52 is my CFL play for today.

I like this one a lot.

                    Good luck guys

Toronto self destructing, 3 unanswered turnovers in second half. Good outcome for the woeful Ticats and the cfl in hamilton....hmmmm.....

18-18 at half, they simply fell apart. No pressure on qb, biting on every single play-action. Just getting outclassed by Hamiltons second unit.

yeh, it's the simply fell apart inexplicably that always bothers me in these games.

Toronto's defense was simply awful, and when the offense is turning it over that's a killer.

It went over 57 to ruin my teaser and my profit for the night, as I ended up up just .3 units, but ah well. My strongest play tonight in the Montreal game.

I hate when I have a strong play and it turns out to be such an easy win like this, always makes you feel like you shouldve bet more. Ah well, profit is profit, and I don't usually see much of that lol.
