It's low b/c it is a preseason game and most coaches don't care and you have a lot of inexperienced players playing.

But you missing my point. The colts will still run there offense. Regaurdless of what string is playing. They will pass the ball.

Not so sure, it's important to get the points as early as possible because as the game goes on the quality of play deterioates. Need a FG here for the over...
