    NFL Power Rankings: 2008
NFL Power Rankings thus far through Training Camp by ESPN.com

(keep in mind the teams wins/losses records provided in the table are from last season and not indicative of a prediction for this year).

NFL POWER RANKINGS: 2008 TRAINING CAMP EDITION

I can virtually agree with their overall sentiment in this Ranking – as I would only make minor adjustments to a few teams. Either moving the chosen team I felt was in an undeserving slot no more than two positions up/down.

However, I feel there are some Wild-Cards… For example, The Bills are talented and have a fairly weak schedule provided they win their first two games against the Seahawks at home – then at Jacksonville. That should send them down a road to an 11 win season. Next, the Bengals have recently been a dichotomy – who knows what we will get from them this year and what the chemistry on the team truly is at this juncture. Can their offense consistently perform and will they ever provide a strong defensive scheme to stop anyone? Finally, the Packers maybe simply erratic this year and frustration might begin to show as a new era begins (I understand Favre was reinstated but I believe he will ultimately not end-up with playing the team this year).
