Live betting successfully in football usually requires that you take a position from the start (mostly on the dogs). If you don't have that early position, then it's rare to find an opportunity where the live line is mispriced relative to the status of the game. Like laying -3.5 live when the team is down 7 and the original line was -10 doesn't really do a lot for you.
