Flat out plays means he knows how to move the chain. If need to...he will do it himself and take off running. The man is a stud and a winner. I have seen him throw 4 years at Florida. He can throw..doesn't have to be the prettiest. Just need to get there where it needs to go. Just don't go the opposite way.
