Bills- OLBShawn Merriman likely out after his achilles flared up again. OLB Chris Kelsay is out as well leaving them with two healthy OLB's both second string guys. DT Kyle Williams is a game time decision.
Eagles-OG Jason Peters is out again and his backup King Dunlap is also a game time decision. His back locked up after practice Wednesday and he has not practiced since. That leave two OT's left to fill in, one of whom is Winston Justice who missed all of training camp and has yet to play this year.
Ravens-Deep threat WR Lee Evans is now out.
Bengals-MLB Rey Maualuga is now out and will be for a few weeks. Dan Skula a career special teamer will step in.
Browns-CB Joe Haden is out
Steelers-NT Casey Hampton and DE Aaron Smith out again.
Texans-FB James Casey is out. They have a real capable and experienced backup in Lawrence Vickers
Colts-RB Joseph Addai sits and CB Jeraud Powers sits. Add that to the pile of players out. The team bus to Cincinnati is probably now a compact car.
Jags-WLB Clint Sessions is out. He is a two down line backer and his absence will be felt against the run.
Raiders-Starting FB Marcel Reese is out again as his his backup 2nd string TE Richard Gordon. That will probably put a lineman in the backfield for 10 plays or so as a lead blocker just as they did last week. MLB Rolando McLain will play as it was feared his ankle was worse than it is. Worth noting that newly acquired OLB Aaron Curry will start this week.
Giants- DE Justin Tuck and RB Brandon Jacobs are out again. Hurts the run game on both sides. Pass rush has been good without Tuck but the run D terrible. Starting RB Bradshaw pissed of his O-line firing on them in the media this week. Fred Jackson is another tough matchup for the Giants this week.
Bears-Rush End Julius Peppers is extremely doubtful and NT Matt Toeiania is out. Amobi Okoye stars for him and the whole line needs to be re-shuffled. Add that to the news that both starting safeties will be new this week and one has to wonder about the state of the Bears D. Add that to the O-line woes we all saw on Monday.
Vikes-CB Antonio Winfield likely sits again.
Packers-Blind Side LT Chad Clifton is out. Marshall Newhouse filled in well for him last week but keep an eye on this one.
Panthers-WLB Omar Gaither is out. That linebacking core is getting real thin now already having lost Thomas Davis and Jon Beason. Michael Turner might find that to his liking this week. RT Jeff Otah may miss again but has been filled admirably by Byron Bell.
Bucs- Tailback LeGarrette Blount is out. Earnest Graham will get the bulk of carries. No experience behind him.
Niners-Nose Tackle Isaac Sopoaga is back in. Good news for the run D.
Rams-Two guys from the soup kitchen and my grandfather are alternating reps at CB this week. The Rams have 7 CB's out or on IR. If my grandfather goes down JJ Gold steps in. That is not an upgrade folks.
If anyone has any late additions post them here.
Good Luck this week Lads!!!!!
