I think the ML is stretching it a bit, so NE won't be able to stop Dallas...wow, and who exactly does Dallas have to stop Welker, Gronkowski, and Hernandez? NE blocks extremely well and I don't see Ware being let loose often enough to make a difference and save that weak secondary from being exposed. So then you have Romo vs Brady and I think it's pretty clear who is more likely to screw things up there.

I just feel Vegas is pulling a double trap - I loved the Cowboys when this line first came out. But the more I think about it the more I feel like this is all a big set up for a Patriots rout. I'm laying off but if I were to bet I'd take NE -6.

Don't overthink this one. NE the far better team. The D gives up a ton of yardage, but creates a lot of turnovers. The Cowboys have turnover machine in Romo and their LB's are going to have their hands full with Gronk. Pats get the cover here.

Bettin against the Pats on the ML @ home is a quick way to get broke fast. Sure, takin the longshot takes some nuts in this spot.. But one thing is for certain. The Boys are always over-valued by the public due to all the media hype. I'd rather take a shot with a different dog this week (or any other week) than Dallas. Better value on my money.

The spread is very interesting, though. I'm layin off this game. I love the points, but I also don't like bettin against NE @ home no matter the spread.

1) Dallas run D vs NE crap run game (dinged up BGE)
2) Dallas Passing with Austin back vs NE weak 2ndary
3) 2 weeks to prep up and if Dal D-Line step up and put pressure on Brady then we got a game!
