    Raiders - Browns Discussion
Thinking of taking Browns plus the points here in this spot. Raiders coming off a highly emotional win last week; Now are in an ideal spot for a letdown game. Their run-D has been suspect lately, allowing over 570 yards and 5 Td's the past 4 games, setting Hillis up for a huge game.

Browns coming off a bye week should be well prepared for this game. Don't you think the Raiders should be favored by more than 5.5? public seems to be unloading on Oakland.

Remember what the lowly Browns did coming off their bye week to the mighty Patriots last year?

I already locked in the Raiders at the 5.5 mentioned above. My reasoning here is that the Raiders are a team on the rise (I hate them actually so I'm not being a homer here), they have a potent offense with McFadden and some under-rated WRs, and the Browns just aren't that much of a threat. They DO have an unrespected secondary (the Brows that is) but McCoy has literally nobody who would be considered much of a threat deep that he can go to here. Al Davis passing away should actually have them still geeked up because this is their first home game since he died (at least I think it should provide some additional motivation). I like the Raiders to cover and win by 7 to 10 pts.

Dana here in believeland we don't need to rely on McCoy to throw the ball downfield. We got all we need in Hillis we trust

don't get me wrong, I only want the Raiders to win because of the $100 I have riding on it. Beyond this I think the matchups look good in this game for the home team. Now that Monty Burns, er, I mean Al Davis has moved on I think the Raiders future is brighter than it's been in years, literally. Still the x factor here is Jason Campbell, the guy just stinks on ice and trust me I watched him alot these past 5 years as I'm a diehard Skins fan.

Raiders just can't seem to put together consecutive good games so far this year

I'm on the Browns here with a pretty nice size play. Shurmur has said his playmakers will be more involved (Hillis, Little, Moore) and with the bye week to prepare i look for a solid effort out of Cleveland. Haden may not play which would hurt substantially for the Cleveland D........BOL

The Browns are not capable of putting up sufficient points to keep up with oakland. The RAIDERS take this game by at least two touchdowns.

I think the Raiders dominate this game. They will be looking to build on their start and will still have Al as a motivational factor. Add in the fact they just traded for Aaron Curry who if he ever gets his mind right may turn out to be one of the best deals ever for the Raiders. Everything is looking up for Oakland.

The Browns are going to pound Hillis, there is no hiding it. The Browns can contain McFadden. I like Browns +7
