but this is getting ridiculous, 8 penalties in a half is absurd. The penalty on that pass interference call was equally ridiculous (at 1 yard line, wayne wasn't even really touched, you take away that penalty and the colts likely don't score in that possession))

If the colts make that simple interception in the end zone that they botched then it's a 10-0 game at half. It shouldn't be hard form the bucs to win this easy in the 2H only down by 3.

The money is not on the colts for the refs, it is on the under. Why would the second half line come out at -7.5 for Tampa after that first half? To keep you off of them. Pound Tampa Under might be a good second half bet too but less confident in that. Total probably stays under though for the game
