Yep, the lone exception to the rule can only be found at 5 dimes as far as I know with the Ties WIN teasers. In this case, getting the "free" half-point off of the +3 (they are really +3.5) in NFL outweighs the lost value crossing the 0. This is not true in college except for games with low totals.

-105 is GREAT. Their 2-Team, 6-Point Ties Reduce Teasers are +100

Yeah, like I said, 5 Dimes is the only book I know of that has them, as well as a gazillion other unique teasers. This play is -EV with conventional teasers, as are any teaser that crosses 0.
