Swinging Johnson Podcast: Week 4 NFL Picks
    Boys,

I went 3-1 last week on my podcast and am looking for 4-0 with my largest valued play of the year this week (5 units!). Listen here http://www.sbrforum.com/nfl-football...hnson-a-21438/

    Another good one, Swinger.

Nice week last week, pal. I'm with you on the Pats. I have a theory that teams who have a QB that has "gay hair", who then cuts off said "gay hair", historically do well on the road following a loss. Looks like we're in a great spot to prove this model yet again.

    Let's get 'em, pal.

Good luck to you too Techster.

Opie, you bring up an excellent point.I am always amazed at your expertise regarding historical data to support your profound analysis. For those who don't know what you're referring to, perhaps I should spill the beans.

During the 1980 season, pretty boy Steve Bartkowski, quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons, played against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7 sporting a pedestrian 3-3 record. That was until...the incident. In the 2nd quarter, blitzing linebacker Reggie Mathis grabbed and pulled the golden flowing locks of Bartkowski and his school girl scream echoed throughout the stadium and into America's living rooms.

Bartkowski's hair had been not only mussed but yanked and he left the game in tears. In the dressing room, Bartkowski consulted with the team hair designer and the diagnosis was not good. There was no hope of regrowth. Bartkowski did what he had to do. He sheared the rest of his golden tresses and returned to battle.

The Falcons would go on to win that day and win their next 8 games for a post season berth. Reggie Mathis, of the Saints, would ignominiously and forever be known as the Barber of the Bayou.

                Na na na na na!

"So why the hell do I like the Rams? Am I trying to be a sharp? Am I trying to be the ultimate contrarian so I can na- na-na-na-na if they win?"

Hmmmm, Swinger. You wouldn't still be upset that i called the 49ers last week at +3 would you? Is it a crime I use my last name as a double entendre to express my final thoughts? Don't know if that was your point or not, but if so, I enjoy the competitive banter and rhetoric. I am intrigued by your take on the Bengals this week and I hope my Bears don't become another Cam Newton statistic this week.

I'm not even a Skins fan, but I do live in DC, I'm from the St. Louis area and I love betting against the Rams! If the Skins win, you can have me as a guest on your podcast so I can give you that na-na na na na. If not, touche my friend. BOL!

Teh Sharp.........isn't it supposed to be TheSharp? What am I missing...besides a woman who worships the wonder that is me? Well Sharpie, I like your spunk........let me rephrase that............I like your balls. No, that doesn't sound quite right either unless my name happened to be Michael Jack Corbin. Well, you get my drift and good luck today.

Common misconception. It is in fact TEH Sharp. Trying to be different. Isn't that one of Warren Buffet's golden rules? I apply it to my picks. Besides, just say it out loud. It sounds like Don Vito Corleone/Marlon Brando is saying it. Greatest movie series of all time. Best of luck to you as well.

brady's long hair was classy and very attractive, it really is a tragedy to see it go. Thankfully i have many pics of Brady and his long hair saved.
