New to NFL betting, looking for some advice

I know this might sound lame but im an avid fantasy football and nfl follower so I figured Id try my hand at NFL betting. (since im up to date on players, trends, injuries, matchups) Long story short I tried single bets did mildly successful with that. Then tried some 3-4 team parlays and always kept missing out on 1pt/1/2pt most recently the last 2 MNF games. So now this week im going to try teasers and wanted to see what you ppl thought

1pm teasers 50 bucks makes 45.45

NO +2 1/2
Steelers and Texans over 35
Carolina and Chicago over 33
or
Bills +7

4pm teasers 50 bucks makes 45.45

Falcons +4 1/2
Miami +19
Pats and Raiders over 45
or
Jets +14 at 8pm but same diff

Again just getting into it and trying out diff styles of betting..

you should totally just bet bills -3 dude. lock of the earth's existence no way bills lose to sucky bengals right!

My feedback is this - tread very carefully. NFL is by far the hardest thing to cap. I would stay away from teasers and parlays. Aside from the juice that's how the books make their $. Straight up bets are the way to go, and don't play too many games. That's my approach to NFL betting in a nutshell.
