Colts +11.5 @ Bucs

Colts are a pretty bad team, but does anyone actually see a below average team like the Bucs actually winning by more than 11 on primetime where the Colts will be fired up to get their first win? This could very easily be a repeat of last weeks game and maybe even with the Colts coming out on top.
