Why are the Jets only 3.5 point favorites against the raiders? Besides that they have to come to the west coast?

jets 3.5 pt road chalk seems right...would be like 9.5 pt home chalk...same as they were against the jaguars...and raiders jaguars seem to be about the same level

The public is on the Raiders that's why the line is unusual.

If this was Week 1, the Jets would probably be -7 against the Raiders.
