5-1-1 and +12.9U to start off the year and won my POTW... don't think I could ask for any better results. Only lost my small 1U play which I admittedly was way off on. Steelers did not show up. Oh well, being on the right side in every single game is an unrealistic expectation and I am glad I kept that game to only 1U since my confidence level was low. Hopefully the Broncos can finish up a good week tomorrow.

I went 1-3-1 too Hitting my teaser helped, but the first month can be tricky to navigate. The books are already playing Jedi mind tricks in week 3 by adding the hook to almost every spread.

Better luck next week and I still believe PHI was the right play.

Eagles were def the right play, they dominated that game. And they still should have won after all of what happened. If Reid challenges that INT, we prob win, if Maclin catches that pass, we prob win. Kafka looked good though, so that's promising.

+4.5 at 5dimes is the next best thing. I'm with ya on this one. I don't think DAL should be favored by more than a field goal .. if that!

+4.5 and 5.5 are essentially the same. Five isn't really a key number at all. I think it will drop to 3.5 or so by game time. I dont think dallas should even be favored with the injury problems they have.

3-2 -0.8U this week. Ugh, that Cinci game was gross, they dominated the first 3 quarters of that game. San Fran didn't even cross the 50 until the end of the 3rd quarter!! Oh well, guess that shows how bad Cinci's offense is that they still couldn't win that game.

Making a pick for week #4 early this week. I know this is a gonna be a major public/ square play, but this line is a joke.

Atlanta Falcons -4.5... 5.5U to win 5U

Atlanta played in Seattle last year too. They were -6 in that game and crushed the Seahawks. Now they are -4.5??? Seattle got worse, Atlanta got better?? WTF is going on here lol. Now I know Atlanta was 13-3 last year and I just said I think they got better this year. Atlanta was not a 13-3 team last year, they ran good, finished on the positive end of variance. Realistically, they were a 9-7/ 10-6 team.

Now remember, Arizona was just -3.5 in Seattle. I guess in Vegas' eyes, Atlanta is only 0.5 points better than Arizona. Lol, I just cannot get over this spread. I might even add to this as the week goes on. The only thing that scares me is that Atlanta has Green Bay on deck(who knocked them out of the playoffs last year) and I fear they could overlook Seattle with their revenge game coming up. But at 1-2, I just think that is a bit unlikely.

Some more things to note; Seattle is not very good with following up wins with another win. They are just 3-10 after a win in the last 1+ seasons, most of them blowouts. Atlanta on the other hand is 4-0 after a loss in the last 1+ seasons, so they have shown they can bounce back from a loss.

Also, the -4.5 should not worry you. When Seattle loses, they lose big! Of Seattle's 12 losses in the past 1+ seasons, ALL 12 of those losses are by 10+ points.

You're right about it being unlikely. Falcons fan here so I don't play them but Mike Smith is pretty pissed. Said today that competition is open especially on the o=line. Falcons will be on there toes and could take some anger out on the Seahawks this weekend.
